Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Steply, a funnel builder for OpoShop stores, operated by Found. By installing or using Steply, you agree to them.

The service

Steply lets an OpoShop merchant build funnels: sequences of pages published onto their own storefront, with order forms, order bumps, one-click offers after checkout, split testing and analytics. Every payment is taken by OpoShop's own checkout. Steply never creates a payment, never sets a price, and never handles card details the merchant supplies, or a message the merchant fulfils.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the offers, prices and discounts you configure, and for honoring them. Steply publishes what you build; the resulting margin impact is yours.
• You are the data controller for the emails you collect. You must have a lawful basis to collect and market to them, provide required disclosures, honor unsubscribe/deletion requests, and comply with applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
• You must not use Steply for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to run a promotion that violates applicable sweepstakes/contest law in your jurisdiction.

Split testing and reported results

Where a step has more than one version, each visitor is assigned one version and keeps seeing it. Every figure Steply reports is a count of recorded activity or an amount read back from a real order — nothing is modelled or estimated, and a figure that cannot be measured is shown as unavailable rather than as zero. Steply will not declare a winning version until the recorded data supports it, and says so plainly when it does not.

Taking payments

Funnels cannot take a payment until you deliberately switch them on — at the store level and again for the individual funnel. Turning either switch off returns the affected funnels to preview immediately. You are responsible for testing a funnel before switching it live.

Availability

We work to keep Steply available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The storefront widget is designed to fail safe — if anything goes wrong it simply shows nothing rather than interfering with your store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of Steply. Steply depends on the OpoShop platform and its APIs; we are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations of that platform.

Termination

You may stop using Steply and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or to comply with law. On uninstall, your store is deactivated; you may request deletion of your data.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
